Self-Pay Pricing
Transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees — performed by an ARDMS-certified sonographer and read by board-certified radiologists.
Important: Florida requires a physician's order with an accurate ICD-10 diagnosis code before we can perform your exam. Please ensure your doctor sends the order to Clearview Imaging via email at clearvimagingorlando@gmail.com or text to (321) 307-1937 prior to booking your appointment.
All services are self-pay with payment due at time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and CareCredit. A receipt (superbill) is available upon request for insurance reimbursement.
Don't see your exam listed? Reach out — we may be able to accommodate additional studies based on your physician's order. Call or text us at (321) 307-1937 or email clearvimagingorlando@gmail.com to discuss your needs.
Preparation varies by exam type. We'll confirm your specific instructions when you schedule — but here's a general overview.
For exams involving the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, or spleen — fast for 4–6 hours before your appointment. Water is okay. For kidney/bladder studies, drink 32 oz of water 1 hour before and do not urinate until after your exam.
No special preparation is typically required for carotid, arterial, or venous Doppler studies. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine the morning of your exam. Stay well-hydrated.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your physician's order (if you have a copy), and your insurance card (for your records — we provide a superbill for reimbursement). Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Every exam at Clearview Imaging is performed on professional-grade ultrasound equipment operated by Stephanie Seyler, RDMS — a registered sonographer with credentials in Abdominal, OB/GYN, and Breast ultrasound.
Have your doctor's order ready and call, text, or book online. We'll take care of everything from there.
